            How to See the Aura

Auras are an electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body and
every living thing in the universe. Anyone can see auras! Even the first
time they try. Just follow these simple steps:

    1. To see an aura around a person, ask them to stand in front of a plain
white background, if possible. A color background will make the aura
    change color.

    2. Focus on the area just around them. Let your eye relax into that space
the way you’d relax into a 3-D picture. After a few seconds, most people
can see a white glow around living objects, and some see color! My
daughter has always seen colors. She can tell you if you’re blue or red or
yellow, or a combination of different colors.

    3. Another way to see the aura is to gaze at the middle of a person’s
forehead and concentrate on this spot for 30 to 60 seconds, or longer. It
is important to stare at this one spot and resist the temptation to look
around. After about 30 seconds, without looking away from the person’s
forehead, you should begin to see that the background directly next to
the person is different than the background further away. This is your
own perception of the person’s aura! The longer you concentrate, the
better you will see it. Auras can move and sway and change color. Try to
    describe it.

    4. Now, take a mental “picture” of an aura. This may just be eye strain,
but it’s still pretty cool. After looking at someone’s forehead and
surrounding aura for 60 seconds, close your eyes. For a few seconds,
you’ll see an imprint of that person’s image, or aura, as if your brain has
    taken a picture.

    5. Take my Aura Quiz to discover the color of your aura!
